[Resolved] Motorola — Issue with the motherboard | |||||
Phone (Moto x play) was purchased online from flip kart in july 2016. No physical damage to the phone. Phone suddenly went off. Phone submitted to motorola authorized service centre in margao goa. There is issue with the mother board (Root cause identified by service center.) (Job sheet number srb2x[protected] No effective response from service center. Delay in repair Kindly track the details from job sheet number. Phone is under warranty. Need a replacement since its a faulty piece and no damage was caused by the user.
