[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Accessories being supplied to customer late | |||
I have a strict complain about the accessories supplied late to the customer. Why the customer should wait for its charger for 10 to 15 days? People having their warranty period on going and still they have to wait for 10 to 15 days why so? If some person have a problem with his charger and the service centre tells him to wait for 10 to 15 days then what should the person do for rest of the days without his charger? Atleast a needy thing like charger should be kept in each service centre when ever customer demands for it. Please try to rectify this serious problem as soon as possible. I had bought moto m through flipkart 2month back.But from last few days I got charging problem.And now from today I can't able to charge it completely.It was disgusting guys.And It is my first experience with new mobile.And I can't except it from company like Motorola.nw I want to company replace my phone.
