I want to clearly ask—who is responsible for the damage caused to my phone after your Android 16 update?
We are not rich people. We are from poor backgrounds, and we save money with great difficulty to buy a mobile phone. Because of your careless and poor-quality update, my Moto Edge 50 Fusion device has been damaged and is no longer working properly.
Now what should we do? How can we afford to buy a new phone? Will your company compensate us for this loss?
I depend on my mobile phone for my daily livelihood. I work in delivery services, and my earnings depend completely on my phone. Due to this issue, I am facing serious financial loss and difficulty in managing my daily expenses.
This problem has occurred because your company released an update full of bugs without proper testing. For this, your company is fully responsible.
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of your service. This is unacceptable. I demand immediate action from your side, including a free repair, replacement, or proper compensation for the damage and losses I have suffered.
If my issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to take further action and escalate this complaint to higher authorities.
I hope you understand the seriousness of this situation and take responsibility.
