Motorola Mobility — "fraud company" faulty devices and worst customer care service
I am a troubled consumer of Motorola India Pvt. Ltd. I had bought a device (Moto X2) from the company via its online sales through 'Flipkart.com' on 26 Dec 2014. After 6 months o[censored]se i started having issues with the device like speaker not working properly, fading display etc. On 7 Sept 2015 I submitted my device to a designated Motorola Service Center in Pune which is B2X Customer Care Pune . Its been 104 days as on 01 Dec 2015 since I submitted my device for service and I haven't received my repaired device or its replacement as mentioned in the company's terms of warranty . I have been given expected case closure dates from last 3 months (i.e. 30/Sept, 8/Oct, 12/Oct, 16/Oct, 22/Oct, 27/Oct, 2/Nov, 7/Nov, 12/Nov, 23/Nov, 25/Nov). The last delivery date given to me was 30/11/2015 and still when I checked with the service center yesterday I was told that my device repair is pending due to non-availability of parts. And now on 26/Dec/2015 my warranty is about to expire. This is totally unethical and in plain words "Torture" and "Fraud". I wish to demand for full refund against my device Moto X2 Mohammed Emaad Bakshi. Was this information helpful?
