This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchase my Motorola edge 30 ultra on[protected], recently after completing the warrenty i had got the software update i had done this after that i had got green line on my mobile display then i had made whats app message to the motorola 24/7 assist they had given me some trouble shoot steps i had done that again same issue i had drafted a mail to motorola coustmer service they said to flash the dive with system same done but still issue not resolved. i went to service center regarding same issue they said simply no change the part with paid service due to out of warranty it's cost around 12500/- i had asked them why should i pay amount that is not the physical damage done by me it has been happen by hardware failure i had thought motorola will give a better service by in this case motorola failed so friends please be aware before buying the motorola mobile my contact no [protected]
