Motorola Mobility — Green Line Issue

I have encountered a green line issue with my Motorola Edge 30 after updating to Android 14 and requesting for screen replacement from the company.

After some days of installing the update, a green line has appeared on my phone's screen, significantly affecting the display quality and overall user experience. I have tried restarting the device, checking for further updates, and booting in safe mode, but the problem persists.

Given that this issue arose due to an official software update, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Specifically, I am requesting a free screen replacement, even though my phone is out of warranty. I believe this is a fair request given that the issue stems from the software update.
