[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — In warranty service takes more than 2 months. | |||||
I have purchased Moto 360 2nd gen watch in December from Flipkart, lately I faced display issue with the device and taken it to service centre the reply from the service centre was shocking they said they already have 6 watches pending for replacement from the past 6 months and we fear your watch will take the same amount of time, irony is the Motorola support is just waste of time, everytime I call them up I just get the assurance that it's in process kindly give 48/72 hours you'll get a call from our team. And the support.motorolo.in email team is no less. I hope this forum will open the eyes of the big guns of Motorola Job sheet no :SRINE[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
