In the above matter we write to inform you I have purchased/Order Motorola M Handsets/WD30747 through Flipkart on 21.01.2017 same delivery to me on 24.01.2017. after 4-5 days the ringing tone to come. I try to contact flipkart toll free. As per their request or suggestion I visit your service centre “ Lenovao Service Order” at your tejaji Margo pp. Metro pillar No. 120 New sanganer Road Near sodala jaipur on 24.02.2017. Your Service centre found that Ringer speaker not working/ Camera Phto Not clear problem/Data can not be save/Liquid to be check without SIM/MMC As per their opinion this is manufacturing defect they suggest to me once I try to change the handset. I again contacted Flipkart toll free, they clearly denied to replace the same and visit to service centre to rectify the issue. After that I handover the same to your service centre mentioned in the mail. Service centre person told me it will take some days may be 7 Days. On dated 27.02.2017 I Received a call from your service centre to receive the handset. Now the SIM slot is not working also camera is not proper Zoom. Now your service centre told the SIM slot is not under warranty and it will be resolve on chargeable basis. Sir, I want to inform you I have purchased on my son birthday celebration, Now My son is very serious and in tension. We humble request you to replace the same on priority.
