Motorola Mobility — Irresponsible behaviour and negligence | |||
I have purchased a moto g2 from flipkart in 12000rs on 19-04-15. Order ID: OD[protected] phone is not at all working properly. Battery is not at all working and front camera feature is not available. I called flipkart for the same problem they told me to contact the service center and my phone has been lying at the service center since 31st july 2015. They are saying that motorola company is not sending the parts. When i complain again to flipkart they are trying to make fool out of me by saying to wait and it has been almost a month. is motorola company caters to thr customres this way?? irresponsible behaviour on the part of the company service center as they have stopped taking my calls and Flipkart also. I want to return the product and want my money back. Whom should customer contact seriously worst behaviour by the company. Why company promises warranty and all. Just want my money back.
