Motorola Mobility — Moto E second generation | |||||
I have purchased the moto E 2nd generation about 3 months back thorug flipkart. From the day one onward and till now am facing lots and lots of mental and physical stress. This phone is only 3 months old but have been serviced 3 times untill now. Even though the phone is not charging now . Initially the phone loud speaker gone so i took it to the service center. They replaced the loud speaker and gave phone to me. After collecting the phone i came to know that service centre guys damaged the phone screen while opening the phone. Then after a long fight by keeping the phone in the service centre for more than a month they replaced with a new screen. I have collected the phone and noticed that i can very low voulme of other if they speak to me. And also the phone cannot be charged. I tried connecting the phone other chargers also but the phone is not charging. At this time i dont want the service from motorola. I cannot carry this phone to service centre and home.
