I purchased moto edge 50 fusion in Aug 2024, but 02/10/2025 suddenly went off and did not start after that.I took it moto authorized service center and after some diagnosis they informed that there is problem with motherboard and it will be 20k to repair it.I purchased the phone a little over 20k and now they are charging almost same price for motherboard repair. Last one year i was 4 times visit the authorised service center when my product getting out of warranty then said me motherboard issue.
It is very unlikely and strange that the sd7s gen2 processor got short in 13 month.I have another phone which is 5 year old and till date it didn't have any issue. It's very disappointing from Motorola.
