[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Moto g (Motherboard cashed) | |||||
I have bought moto g (3rd generation) 09.08.2015. On 1.10.2016, it got blank so i have try to switch off & start it but this haven’t worked. I went to the motorola service station at dehradun, uttarakhand. Service center executive has done something to it and mobile start working. After few days, the same problem happened and went to service center and service center executive kept the mobile phone and said that will check and revert. He return me the mobile after formatting and said that this mobile phone has some software error and again 3rd time in a month same situation occurred and the same way after putting new software by service center executive it started working. I am keep on paying for this software change service every time. On 23.03.2017, the same problem occurred so i went to motorola service center and they asked me to check & revert after 2 days. Yesterday when i went to them so they have said that now the mother board of mobile is not working (Dead) so could not help me. Even if i will change the mother board this will cost me around rs. 6000 without any warranty. I have observed in my last 4-5 visits to motorola service center that the same problem is faced by many people who purchased moto g. All the people moto g mobile phone stopped working suddenly after 1 year of purchase. Is it a co-incident or mobile hardware is made in such a way that it stopped working after the period of one year or mobile phones by moto g is made of such cheap quality that could not work more than one year??? A person put rs. 11000 to buy a mobile phone & this is only to use the mobile phone for a period of one year. This is really a cheat to consumer by cheap technology. A buyer pays high price for mobile phone for the features and for the qualities. If a mobile phone stop working with in 14 months of buying so this really a cheat to consumer by the mobile company. I think there has to be proper investigation for technical aspects of motorola mobiles by government technical team to identify the real cause of it. And i am sure that this could be proved that quality components used in the mobile is of cheap quality which could not have life more than a year. This product have assembled by such cheap components that one or another will stop working after a year and consumer is misguided by service center till the time the mobile phone not become 100% dead so consumer could not make any further complains. I want a reply from motorola for this and even lenovo who has bought motorola. I will go to court if i will not be satisfied. My phone imei : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
