[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Moto g4 plus service related issue | |||||
My name is kushang soni. I gave my moto g4 plus to service center (Job sheet no: - srine[protected] because i found some issue on that on february ending, and they told me that they are going to replace camera plate but unfortunately after receiving my phone they are unable to solve my camera problem (And they did not inform me that they already change motherboard of my phone) so i gave back my phone to service center after 3 to 4 days and job sheet no is srine[protected]. They told me that they are going to replace camera part and while updating my phone at the service center by assistant my touchpad did not work properly so they also changed my touchpad but after changing these parts i couldn't found any solution so they told me that this is the last time they going to replace motherboard, since it is two months and my problem is not solved so next day called to online help number and they give me information that my job sheet is closed on 23rd of march 2016. But i told them that my phone is not in my hand it is still in service center so they checked and told me that yes my phone is service center and give me information that when i first submit my phone to service center they changed my motherboard and next time they are just going to do some hardware adjustment. After getting this information i visited service center back and told him about all the information and conversation done on you helpline number. But they did not listen to my any argument. So also complained about your moto chat, through email. After some days i called on service center to know the status of my phone and they told me that your problem is still not solved and they are working on it. So i called on helpline number and they told me to give last chance to service center if they are unable to solve problem then they are going to claim for replacement or for refund after few hours assistant at service center called me and told me that my problem is solved but when i checked it wasn't solved. So they claim for replacement and told me that i got a phone call from escalation team within 24 to 48 hours but after 6 days they called me but unfortunately, i was in college so i cannot take it. And next day i visit service center now they told me that escalation team told that my phone is not going to be replaced and they just simply changed my motherboard once again so my problem is that two times they changed my motherboard and still my problem is not solved so why once more you change the motherboard if my problem is not going to be solved by just changing motherboard and as per motorola warranty terms if my problem is not solved by continuously changing the same part then you have to give me replacement or refund. I also send many emails through motorola websites but they did not reply me and when i try to call on helpline number they always told me that i will get a phone call within 24 hrs but i would not get any of them senior assistant shrikant told me on 5th may that my phone will get ready before 9th may but still i don't get any solution of my phone and now when i call to service center they always told me that our senior is not available Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have purchased Moto M mobile online from Flipkart dated[protected]. It's just 2 months I have been using the mobile, the charger is not at all working. I couldn't charge the mobile with any other chargers. I have tried with alternate cables but not working. So, what to do ? Please reply with moto stores in Hyderabad that helps.
