[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Moto X2 mobile | |||||
I have bought moto X2 mobile for 33000 in February 2015 and used approximately for one year. Last year my phone suddenly got blank and not displaying anything, so I took my mobile to jalandhar service center. He said mobile mother board has to be changed and asked for 10 days time since it is under warranty. But after 10 days when I called customer service center they kept on postponing the date and after few days they don't even respond properly so I threatened them that I will proceed legally but this didn't effect them. After 3 months of my submission they said another week. So I finally decided to file a case against them and went to one lawyer named Vikas Bharadwaj since I am student I didn't file case personally and approached a lawyer. It has been almost 14 months now and still the lawyer says it takes time.what should I do?? Is my lawyer lying about the time or is he genuinely saying the truth because I heard that these cases usually get solved in maximum 4 months Was this information helpful? | |||||
