My son Had purchased MotoG 2nd Gen from Flipkart last year for his Mom. Invoice date 24/10/2014, Tax invoice No. # BLR_WFLD[protected], and since than there is some or the other complain in the mobile phone and after visiting Thane, Dadar and Coper Kherna service centre they are not able to do & fulfill the repair part and in this one year, almost 6 months the phone was with your service centre people. At Thane 3times it was given, at Dadar 2times and Coper Kherna 4times and still your product is not working as it should be. What should we do.
