I am writing to formally complain about a serious issue I faced with my Moto Edge 50 Fusion smartphone after installing the official Android 16 update released by Motorola.
Soon after updating the device, my phone started malfunctioning and eventually became completely non-functional. The device is now either not turning on properly, getting stuck on the boot screen, showing abnormal behavior, screen flickering, green lines, or other serious display and performance issues.
This issue started only after installing the official Motorola Android 16 update. Therefore, I strongly believe this is not due to customer misuse, but rather a software-related or company-related fault. Motorola should take responsibility for the damage caused after the official update and provide a free repair or replacement for affected customers.
I also explored repairing the phone outside the authorized service center, but local technicians clearly stated that there is no guarantee the device will function properly after repair.
I request Motorola to urgently investigate this issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including free repair or replacement
I hope to receive a prompt and fair response from your side. Was this information helpful? |
