I gave my Moto Edge 50 Pro to the service center for a screen replacement on 16th August 2025. At that time, they told me it would take 2–3 hours. However, they didn’t return my phone that day and instead said there was a main board issue. But when I handed over my phone, it was working perfectly fine — only the screen was damaged.
Since then, they have been giving me false information and repeatedly asking me to come back the next day or after two days. Every time I go, they tell me to wait for 5 minutes, and then after 2–3 hours, they say it’s not done and ask me to come tomorrow. This has already happened 10–15 times.
On 4th September, they told me to come and collect my phone, but again, when I went, they said they couldn’t fix the issue. They claimed the main board was replaced and that they would try to give me an upgraded version (the Edge 60 Pro) which they had ordered. But once again, this turned out to be false information.
For the past two weeks, they have been making me come every two days with the same excuses, and I still don’t have my phone.
