Lenovo's services are the worst, they dont provide general warranty for your handsets . My device motorola moto g5 plus . its power on/off key wasn't working so i took it to the lenovo service centre and they told me that your data will be erased . so to save my data i tried to pull out the power key and created back but while pulling out, it got some scratches, when i took my device again to lenovo service centre today, they told me that your device is out of warranty because the power key has got some scratches now but last time they told me its under warranty. now they are charging me 720 INR for something which is under warranty. my phone is only 3-4 months old .
