Hi, i am writing here to express and appeal to Appelite body to take into consideration my complain of motorola mobile service /Lenevo service centre-Mobi quest based in hyderabad. I have recently purchased Moto X play 32gb from flipcart and within 2 months dated 29 dec 2016 it stopped functioning.Tech Team from Mobi quest/(Authorised service centre )in Kukatpally says motherboard is corrupted and fault and need replacement but they dont know how long it will take. please let me know if i can get a new phone as its not my Mistake that motherboard is corrupted and within warranty cant be changed and there is no valid statement or feedback coming from Mobi Quest. Below is the IMEI no of my phone and address of mobiquest.IMEI No0-[protected].
