Dear Motorola, I have put my mobile Moto Z Play in your Bhopal-based service center Satyam Mobile and Computer on 24th April 2017 for the Media Volume Issue Problem, which has the Sheet No. SRB2X[protected]. You can tell me how often Motorola Servis Center The last time I had to go for my mobile no network issue was on 24/12/2016, whose job sheet number SRB2X[protected] was the mobile which was given to me on 2/2/2016, please, this time I need my new mobile fast

Updated by Parvez [email protected] Dear Motorola 5/5/2017 Today, I picked my mobile Moto z Play from your service center but in that there is Problem Media Volume and my mobile number is changed to imei no. Also my mobile has been scratched Now I'm doing a case against Motorola in Consumer otherwise money back or new mobile handset

Can you please provide a solution. My handset is Moto G4 plus I brought it on 26 Jan 2017. It has all functionally ok but it's sound speaker get off automatic and while charging its application get scratch or act abnormal.

Hi,
I have brought or purchased a moto g mobile from amazon.in website on January 2017. Very poor performance, mobile is always heating like hot plate in hand, full battery will go dry within in one half. It is totally fault Mobile they are supply for customer. I want my back or company should down their service in India.
