[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — My phone gets out of warranty | |||||
I have bought moto g5 plus from Amazon service on 1st november. Problems : 1) shadow displaying: after using some time some application and when we close it .It will show that application part as shadow. (common problem in moto g5 plus) 2 )after using for 5 mins phone get overheated suddenly 3) they say it's turbocharging but it's not working my phone take 3 hours to get 100% charge 4) earphone not working properly Now I got this problem and I went to service centre mean to say legal service centre Surat. When I went there it's take almost 3 hours to get your turn for the problems. After getting turn I told my problem, they check my phone and they told me this all problem is because of a dent and I was like where the hell is dent show me and they show me very small I think in .5 mm where some colour get removed because of cheap material used by your company and they said u are out of warranty . When i told them is not dent I asked them to gave me in writing at first they said no to me. I have a video of saying no to me that I will not give in writing .And then after so many arguments they gave us in writing . Now my problem is not solved so I m thinking that this service centre worker is fooling me or company is fooling us. If my problem gets not resolved I will go to some of the youtuber and tell my problems to them and I will make sure your fraud company get stop.
