[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — New phone is not working properly | |||||
I bought motorola g4 plus in august 2016 from amazon and after 3 months o[censored]sage its charger stopped working. In january 2017, i went to authorised motorola customer care service centre & they said its charger issue and replaced the charger and told me that issue won't occur further. But again in may month, its charger stopped working and now they are saying its hardware issue and charging jack is not properly functioning. There customer care support executives are too stubborn and bad, not ready to agree that its phone issue. 1st time they told me its charger issue, i told them please check it can be a phone issue too. Further this time as well, i went to 20 kms to moto service centre and now this time they are saying we will check your phone and give it back in 5 to 10 days. Motorola services are so pathetic. There service centre phone no. Always engaged, i wasted my 2 hrs today to find the service centre in noida I am highly disappointed and need a strict action on company.
