Motorola Mobility — Not providing my cell phone from past 3 months | |||
Hi, This is Kruti. I bought Moto X Play mobile on 21st Sept 2015. After two months the mobile was not working fine and given to the motorola service center naming B2X Jaynagar Banglore[protected] on 28th NOV to repair and i have the reciept which is provided by them. I was told that mobile will be ready within 10 days but still they are not returning my mobile nor a new phone. Its already 3 months nearly that my mobile is in service center. Eventhough i call them often they are not taking seriously and not responsive. They are not providing a new phone either since it has Mother Board failure. Please consider this complaint and help me get my phone.
