[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Phone is nor replacing neither mending | |||||
I purchased Moto G Plus, Next Gen. by paying Rs.14999/- through Amazon.com on 7th of july 2016, My phone stopped working in Nov.2016.I talked in the company to replace it as it is in guarentee period but they denied.I went to the service center in Pune & submitted it for repairing but till today I didn't get my phone back.Whenever I go there they say it is not mending yet & it is companies fault.What can I do now.
