[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Phone is not working & in guarantee period but nor the company replace it neither service center mending it | |||
I purchased Moto G Plus, Next Gen. by paying Rs.14999/- through Amazon.com on 7th of july 2016, My phone stopped working in Nov.2016.I talked in the company to replace it as it is in guarentee period but they denied.I went to the service center named B2X -033 BM, Karve Road, in Pune & submitted it for repairing but till today I didn't get my phone back.Whenever I go there they say it is not mending yet & it is companies fault.What can I do now.
