I had the worst experience as a buyer and consumer.
I bought this phone from Flipkart which specifically had IP68 rating, however, within 5 days of delivery, after I used the phone during rain in Delhi( I was rest assured that this won't cause any damage) but it did. First, my fingerprint sensor stopped working, then, I contacted flipkart which said you can visit service centre for 7 days replacement and they will assist. But, when I reached there, they said it's liquid damag and we won't cover you(job sheet attached).
The phone was in working condition when I gave them except for the fingerprint issue. But, now it's not even charging. It's my hard earned money and both of your assurance that led me to purchase this expensive product. How come lab tested things are not reliable? If you claim these as a feature, then why it has failed. I am seeking an honest replacement of the phone as a valued consumer otherwise I would have to knock the doors of consumer court.
