[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — warranty rejection | |||
Purchased moto g 4 from amazon in july 2017. First a pin in sim slot broke then it began to turn off frequently. Approached service centre but they denied my warranty under the term 'physical damage '. Now says need to change charging port and battery which will coast ₹.2600 approx. I didn't expect this. You people are focusing on denying warranty than providing it. That pin broke within three months of purchase. Worst service ever Was this information helpful? | |||
