[Resolved] Motorola — MOTO E very known White screen and random reboot problem | |||
I have purchased Moto E 6-7 months back and is under warranty now. The handset throws random reboots and charger not connected kind of problems. When I went to the service centre, they first refused that there is any problem with the handset, had a clash with them and customer care and finally they agreed that it has all the problems mentioned although they didn't mentioned all the problems on the docket number(slip) provided to me. On 7th day after submission of phone they gave the same phone back but this time not even the battery was charging and all other problems were same. I urged them to replace the handset but they still didn't replaced it but just ordered a new battery now and is now not even replying by when they can give my phone back. It has been 10 days now and the service centre is not even picking the phone now. Please help. I am a resident of gurgaon and purchased the phone from flipkart. I have all the required documents as well. Sach Collection point is Motorola Service Centre(a small shop with haryanvi people).
