Motorola — Moto G 2 Front Cam not working

I purchased a Nw motog2 on Nov 2014 in last month when I was using the camera its selfie option disappeared and never came back I tried by installing new Motorola camera application from playstore, downloaded google can application and at last had do mm e factory resetting of the phone but none worked .I am now left with a phone with out selfie. Kindly do the needful
