[Resolved] Motorola — Moto g4 plus, display blank issue in 20 days | |||||
Hi, I have buyed moto g4 plus mobile in amazon. And i used that mobile for 20 days, then after the display gone blank automatically. I complain to amazon but they said to contact manufacturer, i contacted to motorola service call center. They refuse to replace mobile and they said that it is in warranty. I accepted for repair that mobile and i given that mobile to b2x service center of motorola. They said they will give in 10 days. Now its up to 17 days but till now it is not resolved, i called many times to motorola service center but they are saying wait for two days our executive will call you. No one is called, again i called to them and again they are saying the same thing. Am facing a lot of problem with this. I cant use to check my mails, whattsapp or any social services in proper time.
