Dear Motorola Team, Date Of Incident :- 6 th Aug 2015 No:- [protected] Complaint :- Mototola 2 Nd generation purchased on 6 th June Details :- The phone get heated up to the extend that it was about to blast and then it got fully dead Phone could have blasted and could have take life of somebody . It's really a mmetr of concern Purchased from:- Flipkart .com I am very sure that I am writing to "deaf ear company " which is Motorola, I have never seen such a idiotic people like Motorola, I heard that Motorola started concept of 6 Sigma to their phone, but this company is not working at 1 Sigma, they are only making a defective product, I purchase Moto G 2 nd Generation two months backs and from day-01 this phone was giving problem, I have approched to The phone is getting heated up very fast and one day the phone was heated to that extend that it was about to blast, but by god Grace it didnot blast, I have given the phone to Chandigarh Care center but they are unable to resolve the issue from last 4 weeks Request you to please take the matter to the authorities Amit Bhargava [protected]
