I have bought one Motorola Moto C (Starry Black, 1GB RAM, 16GB Storage) on 29th July from Amazon and 1year warranty is applicable for it. After one month of delivery, I am facing an issue with mobile battery. Battery is running out within 1-1:30 hours. Then I approached, Motorola service centre located at
7 Khairu Place, Ground floor Near Chandni Chawk metro station, Gate no-6, Chowringhee North, Bow Barracks, Kolkata, West Bengal 700012. From the service centre, I was told that serial no is not available from their end and because of that they can't help me further and I should report to Amazon customer services only. I have raised it to Amazon customer care and they deny to accept any complaints against authenticity of the product. As I don't have any written document regarding mismatched serial numbers of the product, I can not proceed further. Hence I am writing this mail.
I would like to request you to help me out from this situation. It is very unfortunate that I have to go through such distress as an end user. For an early solution, I would like to request you to confirm whether the mentioned serial number of this mobile is available from your portal or not. Please find the attached serial number for reference. If the serial number is available then let me know about service centre details for earliest resolution, else let me know the same as well so that I can proceed with further approaches to get it resolved as soon as possible.
