I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE MOTO-G 2ND GEN HANDSET (IMEI SR.NO [protected]) ON DATED[protected] THROUGH FLIPKART.MOTO G PHONE HAS RECENTLY HAS DEVELOPED A PROBLEM (SHAKING /DISPLAY FLUCTUATING VIGOROUSLY.WHEN I REFERRED MY HANS SET TO THE CUSTOMER CARE TO FIX THE PROBLEM IT WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE AND ALSO IT WAS TOLD THAT THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRENTY AND IT WILL COST RS6000/- APPROX. TO SET RIGHT THE USAGE.I WISH TO STATE THAT THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGED TO THE PHONE CAUSED BY MY HANDLING(NEITHER IT HAS BEEN DROPPED NOR HANDLED IMPROPERLY).THEREFORE IT REQUEST YOU TO SET RIGHT THE ISSUE FREE OF CHARGE OR REPLACE THE PHONE AT EARLIEST POSSIBLE.
