[Resolved] Motorola Rokr E6 — Moto g3 mobile servicing

I have submitted my MOTO G3 with the Friends Collection service Centre in varanasi since 1st October 2016 bt till date I have not got any updates from their side. When contacted they say that part will be imported from hong kong and the I will get my device. Week after week has passed but till date no information is available. Company says one more week everytime and service centre is not ready to listen. Myonline complaint no is SRIN[protected]. I AM SERIOUSLY GETTING IRRITATED WITH THIS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF MOTOROLA.

With refrence to the order no. OD[protected] I have received Moto X play ( white 32 GB) with tracking ID FMPP[protected] From Flipkart on 07.12.16.
The said product was found damaged while unpacking. Requested to return the said product.
