Hi team, It's very sad to say that i didn't get proper resolution for the above subjected statement. I reached out to motorola service centre and they took almost 3weeks and did nothing. I tried to continuously get in touch with customer care but they didn't have resolution for this kind of issue. Better come with bug fix or else try to have proper resolution for any kind of issue customer is facing. I have bought my mobile 1 year 3 months back and i got notification to upgrade the software and i did post restart i saw mm error phone not allowed then i searched in lenovo forum and found out many people have complaint about it and even i saw some resolution on you tube as well but since i am not aware of technical things about android i tried not to touch further and i sent to "high street flagship" jaynagar 4th block bangalore service centre but they left me sad and didn't help me on this. I tried to escalate to higher level and they don't have resolution for such issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
