Motorola Solutions — camera in my mobile not working properly

I purchased my motorola phone (Moto g 5) on 21/9/17 through amazon.in.

Within a week the rear camera of the phone started malfunctioning.

I visited the service centre twice. But the camera works for a week or so and again it starts malfunctioning. (The rear camera becomes blank/ black).

The details of getting the phone repaired at service centre are

Complaint no. At baroda service centre is soin[protected].
The dates i submitted the phone for repair are 31/10/2017 and 25/11/2017. And now again the same problem has started.

Now i demand for the replacement of this mobile.
