Motorola Solutions — Constant issue with the motorola phone that was purchased

Please go through the below issue point wise and please find the attachment of dispatch job sheet along with the device invoice.

1) i have submitted my device motog2 in bangalore - marathalli service centre, as i was facing multiple issues with the device on 15/03/2016. Job no :amsbag009109

2) on 24/03/2016 i was informed that my device is repaired and screen panel has been replaced. On checking the phone i found that the screen full of scratches and cracks, despite it being a new screen, hence i requested the service centre to change the screen as the screen panel is faulty, which was accepted by them, and i was requested to come back later.

A complain was registered by me with motorola support team : ref no :[protected]

3) on 28/03/2016 i was again informed that device has been repaired. When i went to collect the device the issue with the phone still persisted and the service centre accepted it, and gave me a new job number by closing the old one, they informed me that motherboard/pcb needs to be replaced. New job no : amsbag009431, new complain ref no :[protected]

4) on 4/4/2016 i was informed again that device has been repaired. I collected the device around 5pm on 4/4/2016. On collecting the device i found that the device earphone jack was not working properly. I reported the issue to the service centre and they accepted that there was a fault with the earphone jack and the new motherboard was also faulty and needs to be replaced.

They have also given an undertaking to me by mentioning the issue on the dispatch document for the new motherboard being faulty.


I have purchased the device on 23/04/2015 and since then i have been facing multiple issues with the device.(Please check all the complain registered from email id : [protected]@gmail.com).

The motherboard and display panel has been replaced multiple times but still the i am facing issues with device.

I have to constantly visit service centre, and out of 1 year for almost 2 months in total, my device has been kept in service centre.

Since i purchased the device on 23/4/2015, the device is now out of warranty and there is still issue with motherboard despite it being replaced by the service centre recently.

I hence request you to kindly replace my device with a new one or please provide me a refund for the same, since despite submitting it in service centre the some or the other issue still persist and its causing me harassment by frequently visiting the service centre and chasing it up with customer care executive.
