[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Harrashment due to poor response of motorola | |||||
It is bring to your kind notice that I purchased Moto G Turbo phone from flipkart on dated 05/04/2016 & after 1 month suddenly its switch off automatically & again not on.For this problem I went to Moto service centre on dated 12/05/2016.They deposit the phone & replied was not satisfactory.Further their is no any call from service centre about phone status.On dated 18/05/2016 I made a call and they said phone is ready.Then I took my phone & a new issue observed that ringing volume & volume during incoming call was very low(not clear to hear).Then again I went to care centre next day regarding this, then replied was shocking that now they will not look after the warranty phones, I have to go another service centre. Sir I paid the amount for a brand new phone, not for a repaired or improper phone.Highly disappointed from the services by Moto.So you are requested either change the phone or return my money back.
