Motorola Solutions — In warranty service for my device

Never buy any products from Motorola company. third class service from this service provider. I have very bad experience with service center and service provider.

I lost my device worth Rs 7000/- due to them.

I bought Moto e2 4g on[protected], after few month when my phone's Headphone socket was not working so I went to the Alix system, (Other system was working 100% except mentioned.)

Which was officially closed by Motorola, but Alix System even gave me job sheet for
my phone from the service management system from officially Motorola company, they took my device because they were able to access Motorola online system.

I gave my device in Alix system on 2nd May 2017 and told by them that please come after one month to collect your device, so after one month I went there to collect my device and they told me that we have sent the request to Motorola company about your phone but still company not sent parts for your device, once again they told me to collect my device after week, I went there after week but still same replay, after this long time I contact with Motorola customer care and I came to know that Company has revoke the service centre from Alix system. but still 52 days was passed, company told me to get my device back to go to the new service centre "Krony system" in same city.

Now my device is not working even not able to start it when I gave them functional device. I am wondering between service centre and going daily to visit this service centre more than 50 days I visit both service centre valid response. Now they sent my device to somewhere else. and saying that your battery cover socket was bent and device screen has water damage. but I never have this issue. the old service centre done this all the issues. they ruined my phone now I am even not able to recognizance my device after 70 days.
