In warranty service for my device

Never buy any products from Motorola company. third class service from this service provider. I have very bad experience with service center and service provider.

I lost my device worth Rs 7000/- due to them.

I bought Moto e2 4g on[protected], after few month when my phone's Headphone socket was not working so I went to the Alix system, (Other system was working 100% except mentioned.)

I bought moto-g plus (4-th gen) on 09.11.2016. The power button is broken two months back. I approached the authorized service center in navi mumbai and vadodara. I was told that the power button is not under warranty, so i need to pay for it for which i agreed. For last two months they are unable to provide me the spare - neither at navi mumbai nor vadodara.

They are not taking any service request for the spare as well. Last two months i am calling them to enquire about the spares for which every time they replied as no.

If i can't get a spare within the warranty period after willing to pay for this, why should i use this phone or plan to buy in future???

    I purchased moto c about a week ago. From the very first day, whenever i connect it to my home wifi, it starts rebooting over and over again. I went to the shop from where i've purchased it and i got it replaced with a different set of same model, but the problem perisists. I had tried 3 sets till now and none of them worked properly. When i connected it to office wifi, it worked well. I went to service centre, they connected it on their wifi and it worked. But it's not working on my wifi.
    I haven't installed any app on it yet. I have also tried factory reset, but it's not working. No sd card has been inserted yet. I want it to be replaced with another model but the shopkeeper says he can't help. Is there any way to solve this problem?

      I visit service centre on 27th may 2017 for a issue of charging they deposit my phone and till now (July 06) it is not repaired by company.

      When i call on tollfree they always told me that my complain is forwarded to higer level team and they will call me after some time in last 40 days neither i got any call nor my phone is repaired.
      When i go to service centre and asked for my phone they tell me spare is not available/ we have ordered it/ spare is in the way and now they told me that they send my phone to company

        Sorry to say that Service center Kalyan city & his technician is irresponsible & also missguid the General public, today I have visited the said Service center for My Motorola E 2ng Gen with my query for No SIM errors again sorry to say that someone technician told me that the Motherboard is damage & the expenses will very high so don't repairs.

        After that I have Visit my own city (besides said Service center) a local technician of my City solve my problems that mobile phone is now working properly.

        So enqire the matter higher level & action accordingly.

          Rediculous service. Complain no soin[protected]
          After buying moto g e 3 power, just after assembling found flash light and camera malfunctioning and hanging problem was also there. On visiting the service centre numerous times for the same recurring issues i received the same response every time from them - "we do not have the required spareparts so it will take some more time.. We cannot replace the handset because its more than 15 days from the purchase date.." good going motorola! Extremely disappointed with a such a big brand like motorola. Your service centre sucks. You are neither able to repair your sets nor able to replace them.

          Fed up with motorola service and device.. My hard earning money all went down the drain, as per my experience, i would never recommend motorola to anyone else due to its appalling after sales services. Guys don't buy motorola devices. Their service centers are neither capable of solving the issues nor they will replace the device even if there are some manufacturing defects.

              I have given my mobile to Moto service center, Jayanagar 4th block, Bangaluru (phone:[protected]) on 17th June 2017.They had committed saying they will give it back in 1 week. Its already 20 days, But still they have not given back and not updated anything also. Not at all responding on my call also. This is completely ridiculous. Please help me on this.

                I have purchased moto g4 plus from amazon 5 jan 2017. after 10 days use in front camera was full of dust. it happens many times, when i visit to service center, service center cleans front camera and again after 10 days front camera full from dust, service center said display was not proper fit and submitted my mobile. after 15 days service return my mobile with new display but still my problem not resolved. i want to change my hand set. kindly solve my problem asap. Purchase Invoice of amazon.com and service center invoice are attached

                  The product which i am carrying is within warranty and within 2-2.5 months o[censored]sage it became faulty as the mike was not working and the same was submitted to your service center in pune which is also one of the pathetic service centre in the entire universe as they cant solve the problem of the customer on the same time they shamelessly deny the customers demand. And one of the pathetic call centre of yours who give timeline that you are going to get a revert within 24-48 hrs which didnt happened till date as today it is more that 240 hrs and your shameless staff doesnt even bother to reply to a customer who has purchased your 18 k worth rs hanset and not at all getting any response till date. And i have only one question from all you motorola company if you are failed to fulfill your commitments why dont you all shut down your company.

                    I purchased moto c plus and during initial setup i connected to my private (Home) wifi and the mobile started to get restarted every time the initial boot up tries to connect net. I complained the issue with the online retailer and technical person visited and was able to perform initial setup connecting to my office wifi network and performed different tests. However when i tried to connect the phone to my home wifi again the issue reoccurred. I took the mobile to authorized moto service center and they performed software re-installation. Even after this process the mobile issue isn't resolved.

                    This reboot is only observed in my house wifi network. I have connected my mobile to 3 other wifi networks but the issue never occurred.

                    Hello I am facing exactly same issue .. in start i was unable to understand why restart is happeing but even after rest of phone it continued. Later i found its because of wifi.

                      Sir, I have purchased Moto X Style from Flipkart on. However, the mobile display got sick in June 2016 and was submitted at the authorised service center at Jalgaon city for repair. The service center repaired the said mobile and was working fine. However, in June 2017 the mobile is continuously reboot after certain battery percentage viz. 30%. The same mobile was again presented at the Motorola's service center at Jalgaon after a year at om Service center. However, they refused to accept the mobile for repairing, stating the reason that the same seems to be repaired / opened. Requesting your assistance into the matter, please.

                        I had given my Motorola G4 Plus (Plus) for repair at an Authorized Motorola Center (Arsh Telecom) in Ajmer. Provided is the list of my Grievances due to the services provided.

                        1) On the 20th of June, 2017 I had given my Motorola G4 Plus because of a problem in the display. I was told that the repair would take 3-5 days after which I would receive a call from the service center for the delivery. Till the 5th day which was supposed to be 25th June, 2017 I had not received any information. When I contacted them on the 27th of June I was told that there has been a delay.

                        2) I had mentioned to the staff repeatedly that if they are unable to repair my phone in the given time then they can just simply provide a letter of “service denied” to me.

                        3) In the end I was told that I could take the fully repaired phone on 30/06/2017 in the morning. Because the service center was closed on the 30th of June, 2017 I sent a relative to pick up the repaired phone on the 1st of July, 2017. My relative was made to wait for more than 2 hours claiming that they were doing a full testing of the phone. While the staff members were busy laughing at each others jokes.

                        4) In the total span of 11 days I have not received a single phone call from the staff at Motorola Service center.

                        I finally received my phone on 1st of July 1, 2017 at 2:40pm.

                        5) The Display issue for which the phone was given to the service center was not resolved. Infact Additional issues occurred.

                        6) The Display was not fixed properly.

                        7) The Volume functions stopped functioning.

                        8) The sensors of the phone were spoilt.

                        9) Phone speakers were not working

                        10) Two Screws from the back panel were missing.

                        11) Complete breach of trust and privacy of the consumer. The phone has been used by a staff. The search content is explicit which contains porn sites and other objectionable contents. The accounts of the staff member is still open on my device which is :- [protected]@gmail.com.

                        12) Third Party Apps installed= Malware installed.

                        13) Gestures are not working properly (Karate chop for torch and twist for camera)

                        It is a disgrace to MOTOROLA co. that its service centers provide such pathetic quality of services. A customer approaches an authorized service center with trust and faith in the company and such incidents only affects the goodwill of the companies.

                        I had never expected this disappointing service from a quality product provider like MOTOROLA.

                        My Family itself owns more than 4 handsets of Motorola due our trust in the brand, but today I am forced to reconsider this trust.

                        When I communicated my grievances to the Arsh Telecom head, he simply refused to help me.

                        For now I only see taking a legal action as the only solution. As a consumer I will fight for my right and if Motorola can provide me with an alternative I am willing to consider that too.

                        My G4 Plus is not properly functional anymore, the other solution would only be a replacement. And because the condition of my handset is due to negligence on MOTOROLa’s side I demand a solution from your end.

                        I hope MOTOROLA has not lost its humanity and will look into the grievances of it’s regular consumer.

                        The services provided by Arsh Telecom, Ajmer was rather shameful and a disgrace to the reputation of MOTOROLA.

                        Hope to receive a solution to my grievances at the earliest.

                          Dear sir / mam
                          I have a Moto g4 plus and it's camera scratched due to the surface is too out-sided from the body . Now I went to your moto service center Roorkee then they demand for RS 1250 for changing the camera lens/glass . Handset is within warranty.
                          So please I request you to solve it and change the camera lens for free of cost as u warrentied my phone for one year at the time of selling to me.

                            Am a customer using MOTO M product.. and after the update of some software my mobile microphone stopped working.. subsequenly i sat in the service center for 4 hours simply .. it took them 4 hours to attend mine.
                            first time : they said it will be ready in 1.5 hours.
                            second time : they said it will take another one hour
                            third time : they asked me to submit the phone
                            i submitted on 24 th of june. till now they say that the part has not reached the service center or in any of the service center in banglore. not a single day they have reported the status of the part. i call them daily, . now its going to be day 10 without the mobile phone. its to cheap and the attitude of the service center person is so cheap.. they make the customers to run behind them all time physically without a single use ..

                              I am very disgusted with the motorola mobile which was bought on 29th march - 2017 with the order id - od[protected] and tax invoice - f0yqk[protected] as it keeps on rebooting with android screen within month and i have no time to come to chennai for giving the phone to service center repair.

                              I have gifted this phone to my mother who is staying other state and it is very disappointed to get the fault piece from the online products which made me to lose trust on motorola products. I will try to handover the mobile to the nungabakkam service center and could you please prioritize and replace and provide new phone at the earliest?

                              My cell having problem with auto switch off/on problem, when call received cell switch off, when camera on cell switch off, I have three time cell submit for repair At your authorized service center but problem is same, my warranty expire on next 7days, kindly do the necessary action otherwise I go in legal way.

                              Everytime the bell rings or any msg comes it gets switched off. I have done formatting i.e.factory reset also as guided by executives. I hv been facing dis problem for the past 2 months .

                                  I contacted moto service center, lodged complaint at service center. Actually my moto model is moto second generation xt1068. That problem only is even phone having two sim s but showing signal is one. After restart my phone sim showing two signals, after some time it is showing again one signal having 2 sim s in my phone. That is main problem. Remaining all are ok. But after contacted service center they told me we can rectify within 2 or 3 days. After completion of days i again approach service center, they handed over my phone without working of screen and phone. Again asked the sc they answered me that is a software problem... We can update the software please come after 3 days. Again i approached sc (Service center)
                                  They answered me, sir its a mother board problem. Which cost is 5000/-.
                                  If you pay we will ready to serve... My phone problem is jumping of sims. Its is a simple problem...

                                  I don't know why the sc hyd behaviour is unethical?

                                  I don't know why the sc hyd employees like these?

                                  I don't know why the sc hyd behaviour like these with customers?

                                  I contacted moto service center, lodged complaint at service center. Actually my moto model is moto second generation XT1068. That problem only is even phone having two SIM s but showing signal is one. After restart my phone SIM showing two signals, after some time it is showing again one signal having 2 SIM s in my phone. That is Main problem. Remaining all are ok. But after contacted service center they told me we can rectify within 2 or 3 days. After completion of days i again approach Service center, they handed over my phone without working of screen and phone.                                     My mobile was given for repait to authorised service centre at shakarpur delhi as mobile was not charging. Mobile received and paid Rs 1550/- on 14.06.2017. While inserting sim i found that network is not coming. On same day service centre taken back my set for sorting this problem. On 1.07.2017 they returned the set without repairing as they damaged the set while repairing and now unable to sort out the problem. I hereby submit my complaint against stregth services p. Ltd, Wa-88, 1st floor above ICICI bank, shakarpur, dehi.

                                      Sir, i bought motorola - m online almost 2 months back and its still in warranty of 1 year but its charger cable has some issues. its not working properly. when i attach my phone to charging cable it starts charging but then automatically stops charging anytime in between then i have to keep it in different positions to charge it again or sometimes hold it for hour or so to charge it.
                                      kindly help me with issue.
