Since yesterday evening, that is 2nd august, 2018, i am facing problem with my moto e 4 plus mobile phone which i purchased through amazon on 14th may, 2018. The volume button is not working. Kindly help in resolving the problem. I tried to remove the back cover, and tried to operate the volume, but the button is still not working. I order moto G 5S plus in January and August 7 month mobile suddenly dead without any reasone i am shocked but service center Bhagalpur said that let me check if mobile not dead then OK other wise you can collect on Monday your mobile without repaired this case not come under warranty period...?

I order moto G 5S plus in jan and after 7 month mobile suddenly dead without any reasone but service center said mobile dead i am shocked after 4 days service center said motherboard damage and we don, 't have motherboard.
