Motorola Solutions — Moto g turbo - ringer failure | |||
The moto g turbo mobile phone was purchased in december 2015 through flipkart. The ringer stopped working around april 22, 2016. The mobile phone was taken to the motorola warranty service centre on april 25, 2016 at ramaswamy street, t nagar, chennai. I was told that the mobile phone would be returned after the warranty replacement of the ringer in 15 working days. When i called the service centre, i was told that the spare is not available. I would request motorola to give me a total replacement. If the phone cannot perform for four months, they must withdraw the model. The imei/ serial number is [protected]. My Motorola Nexus 6 charger got bursted while charging, I brought that to service center, they said it is physical damage we cannot replace, but because of this poor quality my motorola charger got bursted.
