Today morning plugged charger 30 minutes to my mobile. After that i seen burn at charger pin area and mobile damaged. I have meet service center executive at our location they said this is not comes under warranty even having warranty (Date of purchase 10-03.2016) * repairing charge is around rs.2000/-. * please check the attached file and documents. When i log in to google play store error to retrieve data from server (RH_01) comes hence cant download or update any apps please give the solution my handset model is moto e 1st gen

Whenever i play games(Score hero and Dreamleague 2016) or accessing an App. some times it is not responding and forcefully stopping automatically.
after that touch sensitivity is not working. It is working only when i restart the device.
