[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — moto g6 plus | |||
I have purchased a moto g6 plus mobile through an outlet, poorvika mobiles at vadapalani for rs. 10, 714/= after surrendering the old one on 29.06.2019. It was functioning well till 30.09.2019 and at 19.15 hrs on 30.09.2019, the screen went blank while viewing the picture. It could not be restarted after that. When contacted the authorized service centre at ambattur with gadget and bill, they said that the board got damaged due to short circuit and to make it good, they would charge rs. 8500/= but the gadget is still under the manufacturer's warranty.. The gadget was returned to me in broken condition after inspection. Kindly let me know how to get it replaced by another one or repaired. I don't know why should i spend rs. 8500/= so soon within 4 months for the mobile which i have spent 10, 000 and odd rupees to purchase a mobile. Let me have a favourable reply at the earliest.
