Motorola Solutions — Moto x play connectivity issue | |||
Had purchased moto x play device from flipkart on october 2015. From day 1 phone started getting issues on signal connectivity. Changed the simcard for three times and finally came to know that their is some issue in phone motherboard. Had submitted my phone on 19 december 2015 and today is 14 feb and parts has not been dispatched. Now service centre has given me new date 5 march. Reason - Delay is due to parts getting stuck up in customs. Mr Prashanth rao from motorola is handlng my case and is not capable of doing this job. Dont know when this fellow will submit the components to service centre. Need some email.id of higher levels and wanted to complain about prashanth rao.
