Motorola Solutions — Motorola x play stopped working after 14 days of buy — disappointing! | |||||
Dear Mr./Ms, I am greatly appalled by the poor quality of mobile - Moto X Play piece that I had purchased from Flipkart for sum of Rs 17, 500. It gives me great disappointment to inform you that the Moto X Play that I had purchased from Flipkart has got non functional within 14 days of its beginning. It does not start even after the battery is charged for long. I had taken the mobile to the Motorola authorized service store in Surat and they informed that the mother board had gone faulty and it needs to be serviced. And my experience at Surat Service center was pathetic, which needs to taken note of. I would not like to go for servicing of the mobile which is just 14 days old. I will not settle for any other solution except a complete replacement of this faulty mobile. Kindly oblige at the earliest or else i will not hesitate to go to the consumers court or glorify the extent of your poor quality through facebook, twitter or other suitable channels.
