[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — not responding to several complaints for the premature failure of moto x force | |||
This is again in the series of the complaints on the apathy of motorola india, which is cheating its customers wth poor quality devices and unattending, not responding to the complaints lidged in the consumer forum. This has led the customers to approach consumer forum for redressal f their grievance. In my context, the moto x force failed in aug'17, when the instrument was purchased in may'17 thr amazon online. The device was not handed over to me after carrying out repairs/replacement of spare parts. Every time when i spoke to on line complaint system, the rsponse was the matter was escalated to higher ups and solution for the problem Was this information helpful? | |||
