Motorola Solutions — Not satisfied with the service | |||||
My phone (Moto g-4 plus) is in under warranty i had display problem it's been more than 30 days but my issue did not get resolve yet, i had to go everyday to the service centre because phone number they mentioned is not available all the time it says switched off, so i am not able to contact them through phone. My schedule is very tight besides i need a phone to receive important calls but my phone is no longer in use anymore. I am pissed off with the attitude and response i have received from the service center, the care center should be highly consumer and customer oriented. If this will continue then i think motorola will lose their customers and people will think motorola as a defaulter company who doesn't care to the customers. Please look at the issue and take action and response me earliest, thanks.
