Motorola Solutions — Part not available for moto x play and extremely pathetic service from the autorized service center

I am facing a loudspeaker issue on my newly purchased Moto X Play mobile phone. I am unable hear anything on any incoming or outgoing call from my phone and am unable to even play music on loudspeaker.
Being located in Pune with only 2 Authorized Motorola service centers I deposited my phone at "Global Services"( Office No-11, 1st Floor, 1274, Thorat Estate, Opposite Deccan Post Office, Near Garware Bridge, Deccan, Pune).

I was told that I would receive a call from the service center within 2 days informing me the status of my damage(software or hardware). If at all I needed to know the status i was asked to call the 2 provided numbers on the Customer Reciept given to me at the time of deposit.

I did NOT receive any call that was promised to me for 20 days. During this while i kept calling on the 2 numbers provided to me on the receipt. Out of which one was a landline number and other was a mobile number. The landline number when dialed stated that it was out of service. And the mobile number which i called at least 40(actual count) times in the past 20 days was either never answered or was busy.

On the 20th day i lost my patience and paid a visit to the service center. I then come to know that my phone is having a motherboard issue and the part to be changed has not been received from the company. First of all i really do not understand the connection of the motherboard with my speaker problem. On confronting the authority about my calls not being picked up he started to back-answer and pathetically justify by telling me that one person is assigned to it and "I dint call enough" to get through.
I was told that the part would be received at the service center in the next 1 week after which i would receive a call from the service center to come and collect my phone. Which i know is utter lies.

I am disgusted and deeply frustrated at such a treatment. Forgive my language but this is utter to be treated and talked to this way at an authorized service center of such a well known reputed company.

I am attaching a photo of my Receipt. Please look into this matter as this looks terrible on the company's reputation as a vendor.

I had just bought a new Moto X Play (ordererd via Flipkart) on 1st Oct 2015.But then faced mic problem on 16 Dec 2015 although it didn't have any physical or liquid damage...So I had called customer care and also followed their troubleshooting methods but all in vain...so had to give my phone to the Global Service centre as told by customer care ppl on 18 Dec 2015.First they said it will take max 7 days...but since then they are delaying the same...also Service centre people dont recieve our calls when v try to get info about our status...So we always have to contact Motorola customer care for the same but still we get to know that it will take more days for repair...Its almost 15 days now.

My Moto x play is now part of history I guess. It's there in service center since 8th October, yes 3 months. Screen got damaged and they are waiting for new screen. After six more months they will definitely come up with a new screen, i suppose. #Completely_Frustrated. Should have heard to people who warned me before buying Moto.
