[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — premature failure of moto x force | |||
My son r. Prithvi chandra working as a software engineer bought moto x force in may'17 thro on line amazon for rs.17999. He carried his new mobile to achicago as he went abroad (Chicago, usa) for higher studies in aug'17. After a few days the mobile didnt work as its display failed. He faced problems as he did not have any other mobile. With great difficulty he could send the mobile to hyderabad, india with invoice. Amazon delivery challan to me to show at service centre at hyd. (Smart services, ameerpet). To the surprise, they informed that the device is not under warranty. The customer is cheated and put to mental agony and financial loss. The imei no. [protected].
